CNB Bordeaux 60 for sale

KAIROS is a Bordeaux 60 cruising sailing yacht, built in 2012 by the CNB (Construction Navale Bordeaux) shipyard in France. Her naval architecture is by Briand Yacht Design and her interior by Couëdel Hugon Design (International Superyacht Awards 2003 and 2007). With a length overall of 18.60 m, a waterline length of 16.28 m, a beam of 5.18 m, a draft of 2.95 m and a lightship displacement of 26.70 t, she is of composite construction (glass, carbon and polyester with a balsa core), flies the Monaco flag and lies in Monaco.

Designed for short-handed cruising, KAIROS has a deck layout that allows easy manoeuvring from the cockpit. Her rig comprises a black-painted aluminium mast, a carbon Park Avenue boom and a carbon spinnaker pole, with a set of Incidence and North Sails (94 m² full-batten mainsail, 82 m² jib, 44 m² staysail and 256 m² spinnaker), representing 176 m² upwind and 350 m² downwind. Harken electric winches, two Facnor furlers, a Lewmar windlass (new in 2022) and a Max Power bow thruster (new in 2024) ease handling. A rear platform, a tender garage, davits and a carbon gangway complete the deck equipment.

The interior accommodates up to 6 guests in three double cabins, with the owner's cabin forward and two guest cabins aft. A crew cabin with twin beds for two crew, accessible from the deck and from the forward bathroom, is located forward. The saloon has a dining area and a navigation area, opening onto a well-equipped galley with induction hob, oven, microwave, Miele dishwasher, Miele washing machine, fridges, freezer and ice maker. A Webasto reversible air-conditioning system provides comfort all year round, and entertainment is provided by a Toshiba TV and a Bose audio system.

KAIROS is powered by a 180 HP Volvo Penta engine, with a cruising speed of 8 knots at 1,650 rpm and a range of 1,250 NM at 7 knots. Tank capacities are 1,000 litres of fuel and 1,000 litres of fresh water, and a Searecovery watermaker (280 l/h) and an 11 kW Onan 50 Hz generator support her autonomy. Navigation is handled by a full Raymarine electronics suite, completed by an Iridium phone. All sea cocks and batteries are new and all sails have been serviced.... » whole text » less text
