HOMESHIP Lotus Navigator 14. A new series, robustly built HOMESHIPS. The new standard in well sailing "Houseboats". This houseboat features the modular, proven, monohull underwater hull. This unique monohull concept ensures that each HOMESHIP has very good sailing and maneuvering characteristics. The best sailing houseboat on the market. A houseboat that sails like a 'normal' motor yacht under all circumstances.

Each Lotus Navigator is completely custom built . Completely according to your wishes. This means that no two Lotus Navigators are the same.
Insofar as one can speak of a standard, each Lotus Navigator offers standard features:
Very strong steel or aluminum monohull with very much (storage) space below deck.
Available in 10.5m, 12.5m and 14m. Other dimensions on request.
Possibility to use space below decks for; extra bedroom(s), laundry room, storage room, etc.
A spacious front and rear deck with deck hatches giving access to storage space/engine room.
Motorization of your choice; Full electric, hybrid or conventional. Standard, however, a 65hp Vetus diesel engine.
Strong, 150kgf, proportional, bow and stern thruster with joystick control.
Stainless steel railing on fore and aft deck
Mirror integrated anchor with electric anchor winch on deck. Spud poles are optional.
A solidly built superstructure, with layout and dimensions of your choice.
Fully equipped superstructure with kitchen, bathroom, electricity, water, etc.
Heating system as desired. (Air conditioning with heat pump, diesel hot air, diesel central heating, infrared, etc.)

De Homeship hull is vervaardigd uit 5mm CNC gesneden gestraalde plaatdelen. Langsspanten met een korte spantafstand creeren een enorm sterke en stijve romp. Afhankelijk van uw wensen zijn aanpassingen aan de romp (+boeisel) mogelijk. Na vervaardiging wordt het geheel gestraald en gecoat en in kleur naar wens gespoten. Desgewenst wordt de romp geplamuurd.
Onze adviseurs brengen graag uw wensen in kaart om voor uw houseboat de best passende techniek te kiezen. Geen enkele Homeship is hetzelfde.
